This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, make an enquiry over the phone or when you use our online contact form from our Site.

Additionally when you use our online form, make an enquiry or attempt to use our online form or make an enquiry through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name,

address, postcode, phone number, email address & preferred transmission. This is to ensure we can provide the service in your preferred area and for instructors to be in touch to arrange lessons. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

How do we use your personal information​

  • We may use the information to improve our products and service.

  • We may exchange your personal information with independent driving instructors only who are working along with Auto Future Driving School.

  • From time to time, you may receive emails about our latest products or deals and offers that might be beneficial to you. You may receive phone calls, SMS or emails for market research purposes. You may receive courtesy calls if you are a Auto Future  Driving School pupil to check if you are happy with our services. If you receive this communication and would rather not receive it any more, please let us know.

  • Analyse data for our own use based on location, age, driving test attempts etc.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our website, we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Our website may use your information to display more relevant online advertising and marketing

we believe may be of interest to you.

 

We may use the information to display advertisements to our advertisers target audiences. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, your Instructor will be entitled to charge for the lesson(s) concerned.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
